CLAUSES
When forming the employment contract, the employee may have questions regarding the probationary period, the clauses within the employment contract and their implications (such as non-compete clauses, training repayment clauses, exclusivity clauses, mobility clauses, annualized hours agreements, etc.), and the remuneration to which they may be entitled, especially in the case of objectives set by the employer.
Execution
During the execution of the employment contract, the employee may have questions regarding the company's practices related to health and safety at work (such as medical visits, workload, compliance with rest periods and right to disconnect, occupational risks, etc.), or concerning any collective agreements in place, as well as in the context of company restructuring, whether or not it involves staff departures. At any time during the contract, the employee may seek consultation regarding their personal situation to discuss risks related to periods of absence, protections as a protected employee, rights under the applicable collective agreement, or to review their entitlements before retirement, etc.
